The G-20 is an informal forum that promotes open and constructive discussion between industrial and emerging-market countries since 1999. The G-20 has also aimed to develop a common view among members on issues related to further development of the global economic and financial system.
Even though the participation in the G-20 meetings is limited to the members, the general public is informed about what was discussed and agreed immediately after the conclusion of the Ministerial Meeting. The G-20 publishes a communiqué, which reports the agreements reached and measures outlined. Material on the next work program is also made public.
These G-20 documents are available in this section, in chronological order.
